CLEVELAND-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that MRN Ltd. is converting 72,000 square feet of office space in Rosetta Center, a 17-story building at 629 Euclid Ave. in downtown Cleveland, into apartments. The $4-million project will create 85 apartments on five floors.

Studio, single- and double-bedroom units will be constructed on floors four and five as well as seven, eight and nine. The newspaper reported that the apartments are likely to be leased for nearly $1.20 to $1.25 per square foot. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
