LAS VEGAS-A Five Mile Capital partnership, which took control of a retail and office complex in Las Vegas from a defaulted borrower, is now looking for a low-leverage loan of approximately $200 million. The complex, known as Town Square, is situated on the corner of McCarran International Airport and it comprises 250,000 square feet of office space and 900,000 square feet of retail space.
