LONDON-Hammerson has been selected as the preferred partner to manage and redevelop the Whitgift Centre in Croydon. IBRC Assurance Company and Royal London Asset Management have inked an exclusive contract with Hammerson for the redevelopment and management of the shopping center.
The Croydon retail center provides roughly 580,000 square feet of retail space and it contains 154 department stores, shop units and a supermarket. Annually, the Whitgift Centre attracts nearly 28 million shoppers. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
