LONDON-OpCapita has reached a contract with PwC, the administrator of The Game Group, to acquire Game's UK assets. An entity managed by OpCapita, Baker Acquisitions Limited, will pick up all 333 UK stores of Game from the administration.
With the agreement, nearly 3,200 employees of Game will be transferred to Baker, which will also re-employ several small numbers of staff who earlier worked at the head office of Game. Details of the deal were not revealed. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
