SIMSBURY, CT-Construction work is progressing steadily at Mill Commons and site work for 88 apartments is already underway. The work is part of a multi-tiered project that will include the Stone Building office space and the Mill Commons housing development.

The project, which will cost roughly $30 million, will have five buildings comprising 20 tri-level townhouses, 88 apartments and an office space for Landworks Realty. The former tavern space will be converted into a new restaurant. For the full story, go to Hartford Courant .
