HOUSTON-The Duperron Group, a business group based in Vancouver, British Columbia, has made its first purchase in the US last week. The company acquired the Oaks at Cypress Station Apartments, a 294-unit multifamily complex at 1000 Cypress Station Dr. in north Houston, for $11 million.
The gated complex was sold by Los Angeles-based JRK Property Holdings. In the deal, the buyer was represented by First Cornerstone Group LLC's Lance Edwards and the seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Ed Nwokedi. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
