NEEDHAM, MA-Interface Operations LLC has inked a 25,243-square-foot lease in a building at 300 First Avenue in Needham. The terms of the lease were not revealed. According to Jones Lang LaSalle's latest data, average asking rent is $30 per square foot in the 128/Mass Pike area. Intrum Corp.'s affiliate is the owner of the building spanning 80,000 square feet, with a frontage on Route 128/I-95.
