HOUSTON-American Spectrum Realty Inc. has divested three buildings totaling approximately 243,000 square feet industrial and office space in Houston for $5 million. The three properties include the 73,000-square-foot Park Ten I at 16350 Park Ten; the 69,000-square-foot Park Ten II at 16360 Park Ten; and a 101,000-square-foot industrial building at 9630 Clarewood Dr.
