NASHVILLE-An apartment portfolio totaling nearly 1,600 units in the Nashville area has reached sales block. A subsidiary of Lehman Brothers owns the multifamily portfolio that comprises four apartment communities.
The properties include the 627-unit Cherry Creek at 1100 Crystal Spring Lane in Hermitage; the 360-unit Cambridge at Hickory Hollow at 660 Bell Road in Antioch; the 260-unit Preakness at 630 Bell Road in Antioch; and the 34-unit Arbors of Brentwood at 100 Brentwood Place in Nashville.
