FRANKLIN, TN-A Class A office building in Cool Springs is set to change hands for more than $40 million. As reported by an SEC Filing, California-based KBS Real Estate Investment Trust has reached a contract to buy the McEwen Building, a six-story, 175,000-square-foot building in Franklin.
The office building, developed by Franklin-based Southern Land Co. and Denver-based Amstar Group in 2009, is located at 1550 McEwen Drive. It is 97% occupied by 10 tenants. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
