MILWAUKEE-Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Liberty Property Trust has sold all of its office properties in the Milwaukee area as part of a $195-million transaction. The portfolio contains five business parks with 956,800 square feet of flex and office space.
The deal included 49 assets in Wisconsin, Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina and Maryland. The assets sold in the recent deal include Corporate Preserve in Oak Creek, Crossroads Corporate Center situated in Brookfield and Liberty at Park Place in northern Milwaukee.
