PLEASANTON, CA-Newport Beach-based MIG Real Estate has purchased two office buildings in Britannia Business Center situated in Pleasanton for an undisclosed price. The company has acquired 5700 and 5720 Stoneridge Drive in Britannia Business Park, a multi-building complex situated within Hacienda Business Park, from Ellis Partners LLC.

The two Pleasanton buildings, which comprise a total area of 135,210 square feet, are 100% occupied. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokers represented Ellis Partners, while MIG Real Estate had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
