HOLLYWOOD, FL-Two adjacent office buildings totaling 121,260 square feet at 7261 and 7369 Sheridan St. in Hollywood were sold at a bankruptcy auction. Bank of America filed a $7.9-million foreclosure suit against owner DBSI Sheridan in August 2010.
DBSI Sheridan filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in January 2011. In the bankruptcy auction, North Miami Beach-based Marx Developments paid $6.85 million for the two buildings.
