NASHVILLE-A 0.2-acre property comprising a 6,400-square-foot office building at the corner of 19th and Broadway has been acquired for $1.2 million. According to property records of Davidson County, Harold E. Crye Trust sold the property to 1819 Broadway Partners. The property was marketed as a prospective site for restaurant operations. The building was sold for a price of $1.1 million in 2007.
