CONCORD, MA-Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates has started construction on a medical office building located in Concord, Massachusetts. The build-to-suit project at the Concord Meadows Corporate Center will feature a two-floor building measuring 50,000 square feet. Harvard Vanguard is the new tenant of the Concord Meadows Corporate Center spanning 408,000 square feet. Normandy Real Estate Partners is the owner of the office park located at 300 Baker Avenue.
