WINSTON-SALEM, NC-MGT Construction has received a permit to start the second phase of an apartment project called Winston Factory Lofts. Clachlan Properties is the developer of the project located in Winston-Salem. In the second phase, MGT will modify a R.J. Reynolds property on Sixth Street to an apartment building featuring 87 units. The total estimated investment of the project is $12 million. The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2013.
