WASHINGTON, DC-Jamestown Properties has an agreement with Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. to acquire 733 10th St. NW for about $140 million or $818 per square foot. Skanska held back Eastdil Secured LLC to sell the property late last year.

Skanska spent nearly $85 million to develop the 171,171-square-foot building. The deal has not yet been closed. Jamestown is also the owner of the Madison Office Building situated at 1177 15th St. NW. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
