NEW YORK CITY-Blink Fitness has inked a lease for approximately 16,000 square feet of space in the concourse and on the ground floor of a building at 600 Third Avenue at East 40th Street. The affordable gym chain will open its first Midtown outpost at the building owned by L&L Holding. Asking rent per square foot for the ground floor space was $200.
