NEW YORK CITY-Janney Montgomery Scott has leased a 17,882-square-foot space in an office building located at One Whitehall Street. The financial services firm will shift its headquarters to the new location from 26 Broadway. Asking rent for the deal was $35 per square foot. The Rudin family is the owner of the building.
In the deal, the owner was represented in-house by Tom Keating, while the tenant was represented by CBRE's Mike Movshovich, Mike Rizzo and Kenneth D. Rapp. For the full story, go to New York Post .
