NASHVILLE-LPS Integration has bought an industrial property in SoBro with plans to move its corporate headquarters there. The IT Integration firm has purchased the 2.2-acre property at 800 6th Ave. South from Lankford Industries Inc. for $1.46 million.
The Lankford Hardware and Supply Co. building contains a 25,000-square-foot warehouse as well as a 3,200-square-foot garage. LPS has plans to renovate the property and relocate its headquarters there in 2013. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
