PHILADELPHIA-MRA Group has agreed to sell TEK Park, a technology campus spanning 800,000 square feet in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. Hamilton TEK Partners LP, MRA Group's affiliated entity, is selling the property to a New York-based investment group for more than $50 million.

The campus is situated in Breinigsville. MRA purchased the property for $9.3 million from TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. and converted the 137-acre compound into a tech center development.
