LONDON-Wainbridge Estates has purchased a residential site in Knightsbridge for GBP 38 million. The company bought the site, situated on Yeoman's Row, in partnership with developer Finchatton.
The development site has planning consent for five apartments and six townhouses. It will offer a total area of 34,897 square feet with gardens as well as underground parking.
