SAN DIEGO-Village Lindo Paseo LP has received $26 million in financing for its Village Lindo Paseo, a student housing complex consisting of 287 units at San Diego State University. The financing for the student housing project was provided by Wells Fargo & Co.
Village Lindo Paseo started the $40-million project this year. The green facility will obtain Silver certification under the LEED program. It is scheduled to be completed in 2013. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
