SANTA CLARA, CA-The Irvine Company has broken ground on Santa Clara Gateway, an office campus spanning 911,000 square feet on Highway 237 and Great America Parkway. The company is currently developing the first phase of the office project, which will comprise 3 five-story structures totaling 447,000 square feet.

Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co. is developing the site. Irvine has selected Pei Cobb Freed & Partners Architects LLP to design the office campus. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by mid-2013. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
