SAN MARCOS, TX-McDonald Development Group is set to start construction on two buildings in San Marcos. The Sadler East development comprising 55,000 square feet of medical and office space will come up at 1251 Sadler Drive and Red Oaks Shops, an 8,000-square-foot retail center, will be built at 1290 Wonder World Drive.
