SHERMAN OAKS, CA-Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of three apartment buildings totaling 18 units in Sherman Oaks for $2.75 million. A local construction company has bought the three buildings situated at 14620-14626 Magnolia Blvd. and 14616 Magnolia Blvd. from a private investor.
