
LONDON-The West End of London Property Unit Trust (WELPUT) has exchanged agreements to sell the freehold stake in Stratton House at 5 Stratton Street in London for approximately GBP 166 million. The company will sell the ownership interest to a private European investor for GBP 1,670 per square foot.
The Grade II building, constructed in 1929, provides 108,000 square feet of mixed-use space. WELPUT was advised by Strutt & Parker and DTZ, while the buyer was advised by Savills in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
