
WESTWOOD, MA-A new partnership of several entities has acquired the stalled Westwood Station development and pledges to complete the first phase of the project in 2014. A partnership of Charles River Realty Investors, Clarion Partners, Eastern Real Estate, National Development and New England Development purchased the 130-acre parcel in Westwood for a mixed-use development.
The $45-millionp project, named University Station, will include 500,000 square feet of office, retail, housing and a hotel. It will come up along University Avenue. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
