NEW YORK CITY-A new restaurant is coming to Riverdale, a residential neighborhood in the northwest section of the Bronx. Erick Caceres will open Oregano Bar & Bistro at 3524 Johnson Ave. this month.
The 3,000-square-foot restaurant will contain 133 indoor seats as well as generous outdoor seating. Caceres signed a 15-year triple-net lease with Friedland Properties, the landlord, for the new Franco-Iberian eatery. The restaurant will pay $14,000 per month as rent.
