HOUSTON-The Khoshbin Co., a real estate firm based in Irvine, California, has acquired two office buildings totaling 395,424 square feet in the Greenspoint submarket of Houston. The company has picked up 10700 Interstate 45 North, a 181,647-square-foot property, and 333 North Sam Houston Parkway East, a 213,777-square-foot building.
