NEW YORK CITY-A new restaurant will replace the 1,200-square-foot coffee-machine repair shop on West 51st Street. Totto Ramen has recently inked a lease for 10 years with Clinton Housing Development Co. for the space at 464 W. 51st St.
The space's asking rent was $65 per square foot. The restaurant is scheduled to open this summer for business. Square Foot Realty negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
