BOSTON-A developer is planning to construct a 23-story residential tower on a Fenway triangular parcel. During the Audubon Circle Neighborhood Association meeting, Peter Sougarides of Samuels & Associates unveiled plans for the 25,000-square-foot parcel located at the junction of Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street.

The parcel currently contains an Ace Ticket office and a D'Angelo sub shop. The new residential building will have two floors of retail space with 50 condominiums and 200 apartments above. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
