LONDON-Deka Immobilien GmbH is set to purchase 1 Southampton Row in London's Covent Garden from Grandsoft Limited for approximately GBP 110 million. The company is buying the property in an off market transaction on behalf of Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.
The Southampton Row property, developed in June 2009, encompasses 106,500 square feet of office space atop 20,650 square feet of retail space. The freehold property is leased to three office tenants and seven retail tenants. Savills represented Deka Immobilien and Allsop represented Grandsoft in the sale.
