PHOENIX-An office and retail complex in Tempe and a warehouse facility in north Phoenix have changed hands as part of distressed sales. In the first deal, Tempe City Center Limited Partnership bought the Tempe City Center situated near McClintock Drive and Southern Avenue for $9 million.

In the second deal, Scottsdale-based Deer Valley 15 Investments bought a 57,000-square-foot warehouse at 21405 North 15th Lane in the Deer Valley area for $3.3 million from MAB Ventures. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
