CHARLOTTE, NC-Arcadia-based Ashley Furniture has selected a 640-acre parcel near Advance in Davie County, North Carolina, to build its new mid-Atlantic facility. The company will spend $80 million to create manufacturing and distribution center, which will provide 3.3 million square feet of warehouse space.
