SUGAR LAND, TX-Houston-based Fidelis Realty Partners Ltd. has bought First Colony Marketplace, a 112,000-square-foot retail center at 4610 Highway 6 South in Sugar Land. The shopping center was sold by CAP First Colony LLC.
First Colony Marketplace is 100% leased to 99 Cents Only, Fitness Connection, Smoothie King and Sears Hardware. Ryan West and Rusty Tamlyn of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP negotiated the deal on behalf of CAP First Colony. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
