BRISTOL, UK-Legal & General Property has signed agreements with Premier Inn and Odeon for a new development at St Stephens Place in Trowbridge. The company will regenerate the Trowbridge town center brownfield site of the former Tesco store at St Stephens Place with a new leisure park.
The St Stephens Place Leisure Scheme will include an 80-bed Premier Inn hotel, a range of family-focused restaurants and an Odeon multiplex cinema. The development is expected to be completed in October 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
