NEW YORK CITY-Borghese, a global cosmetic, fragrance and skin-care company, has inked a lease for 7,973 square feet or the entire 20th floor of an office tower located at 3 E. 54th Street. The company has leased the space to relocate its headquarters from 10 E. 34th Street. Asking rents at the tower owned by Charles S. Cohen was in the mid-$50s per square foot.
