HAMBURG, GERMANY-The Hamburg division of IVG Asset Management GmbH has secured a new tenant to occupy space at Heidenkampsweg 99, an 11-story, 193,750-square-foot office building in Hamburg. Praktiker AG has leased approximately 88,264 square feet of space at Heidenkampsweg 99.
