NEW YORK CITY-Stargate Apparel Inc. has enlarged its headquarters space to 9,000 square feet at 231 W. 39th St. in the garment district. The company has renewed its lease for 7,300 square feet and signed a new lease for 1,800 square feet at the high-rise building.
Asking rent for the seven-year deal was $35 per square foot. James Buslik and Jeff Buslik of Adams & Co. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landowner, 231/249 West 39 Street Associates. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
