ST. LOUIS-The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Abstrakt Marketing Group is planning to move from its current place in the Benton Park neighborhood to the Raeder Place building situated on Laclede's Landing in St. Louis. The firm has leased 30,000 square feet in the Raeder Place building for 10 years.
The company will move to the new location by June 1. The building has an asking rent of approximately $14 per square foot. CBRE negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
