SUNNYVALE, CA-San Francisco-based D.R. Stephens & Co. has bought a Moffett Park building for $3.5 million from Lindsey Family Trust. The company acquired the 24,000-square-foot office and R&D building at 310 E. Caribbean Drive with plans to renovate the exterior and interior of the facility.
Lockheed Martin Corp., which earlier occupied the single-story building, moved out in June 2011. Kalil Jenab, the Cassidy Turley broker, represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
