FORT WORTH-Davis Development, a multifamily housing developer based in Atlanta, has bought 20 acres of land on North Tarrant Parkway situated between Highway 377 and Ray White Boulevard in North Fort Worth from Hillwood Communities for a multifamily project. The company will build The Sovereign apartment complex on the site.
Davis is scheduled to start construction on the 322-unit apartment development in late 2012. Venture Commercial negotiated the sale on behalf of Hillwood Communities. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
