SEMINOLE, FL-Altamonte Springs-based ContraVest and Northwestern Mutual are partnering to break ground on a multifamily property in Seminole situated west of St. Petersburg. The $38-million, 330-unit apartment community, named The Courtney at Bay Pines, will be developed on a 15-acre site at the northwest corner of 100th Way and Bay Pines Boulevard.
The community will comprise two-, three- and four-story structures with studio, single-, double- and triple-bedroom apartments. The developers will start leasing the apartments in March 2013. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
