CHICAGO-A venture headed by Foodliner Inc. has bought an industrial building measuring 82,000 square feet at 11861 S. Cottage Grove Ave. for $2.4 million. The food distributor, which had been leasing the industrial facility, has acquired the building from Chicago-based Bulkoa Inc.
Foodliner will continue to use the building space to transport food as well as other materials. Michael Nelson from Chicago-brokerage NelsonHill negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
