BUFFALO-Singh Lodging Inc. has put Microtel Inn & Suites, an 87-room hotel situated along Freeman Drive in Lancaster, on the market for sale. The company is asking $2.99 million for the Lancaster hotel.
The Microtel was constructed a decade ago by Singh Lodging and is situated along Transit Road. It runs at roughly a 40% annual occupancy rate. Sources said that a number of potential buyers have looked at Microtel Inn & Suites. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
