DULUTH, GA-Gwinnett Daily Post reported that Nilhan Hospitality has received approval from the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau to build Marriott at Gwinnett Center, a 300-room hotel in Duluth. Nilhan Hospitality's proposed plan received unanimous approval and the Gwinnett Board of Commissioners will give the final vote on the project.
Marriott at Gwinnett Center will serve as Nilhan Hospitality's headquarters hotel. The paper reported that the deal will generate more than $64 million in hotel occupancy as well as property taxes. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
