NASHVILLE-A warehouse facility situated on Cockrill Bend Blvd. in northwest Nashville has changed hands for $5.2 million. GCCFC 2005-GG5 Cockrill Industrial LLC has bought the industrial building at 7351 and 7355 Cockrill Bend Blvd.
The industrial property sits on 14 acres of land. Davidson County property records showed that the warehouse was sold in 2004 for $10.4 million. Nashville NI Industrial LLC sold the property to GCCFC 2005-GG5 Cockrill Industrial. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
