CAMBRIDGE, CA-Richards Barry Joyce & Partners has brokered three lease deals totaling 30,232 square feet at the Fresh Pond Research Center situated in Cambridge on behalf of BioMed Realty Trust. Alnylam Pharmaceuticals will occupy the 15,150-square-foot building at 665 Concord Avenue; Midori Renewables has leased a 10,402-square-foot office and laboratory space at 47 Moulton Street; and Stemgent has leased a 4,680-square-foot office and lab space at 51 Moulton Street.
