TAMPA, FL-Bell Partners has bought Seaport Channelside, a 422-unit apartment complex located in Tampa, for a price of $66 million. The apartment management firm intends to change the name of the complex to Bell Channelside and will manage the property. This is the firm's fourth property in the city. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. brokered the deal for the seller.
